P. Chauncey Cassidy (“Chauncey”) has been litigating and trying complex civil matters for more than

twenty years across a broad range of practice areas in the State of Illinois. He routinely has appeared before state and federal courts, representing a diverse client base in civil litigation matters.

Over his career, Chauncey has developed a diverse litigation and trial practice defending insureds in general negligence, premises liability, construction negligence, products liability, toxic tort, motor vehicle and transportation litigation matters.

Prior to becoming Of Counsel to Saboura & Colombo, P.C., Chauncey was a trial attorney at Nationwide

Insurance Company, a partner at Chilton, Yambert, Porter, LLP and Lewis Brisbois Bisgaard & Smith

focusing his litigation practice in the defense of wrongful death, personal injury, toxic torts and commercial litigation matters in state and federal courts in Illinois.
